Purpose of the Job:
We are currently recruiting for a Sales and Estimating Manager, who will be responsible for both the performance and functions of the Sales and Estimating team at our IG GRP site in Overseal.
Job Description:
- Ensure quotes are returned within the agreed timescales
- Ensure orders are processed in a timely manner
- Management of process; from initial enquiry through to order
- Ensure team follow up on all quotes
- Lead generation
- Responsible for the performance management of the team
- Report monthly on Key Performance Indicators for the team
- Responsible for Filemaker
- Produce monthly performance reports for Directors and Senior Management
- Ensure the highest customer service levels are maintained throughout the department
