Purpose of the Job:
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service and Sales Advisor in our Keylite blinds team who will provide a professional and reliable point of contact for all customers, promoting our products, inputting orders without errors, resolving any issues or problems that arise quickly and efficiently.
Job Description:
- Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products to maximise sales
- Taking customer enquiries and advising the best possible solutions for their requirement
- Input all orders with a minimum amount of error
- Complete goods return notes as necessary
- Answer all incoming emails quickly and efficiently
- Undertake routine administrative tasks such as filing, faxing emailing, word-processing, photocopying, printing
Personal Specifications
- Target driven & ambitious, with excellent time management
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Confident telesales, with a focus on customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
