After Sales Administrator

This role is based in our offices in Swadlincote and the successful candidate will be part of a dedicated team within the office environment.

Job Description:

  • Take phone calls, emails and faxes from customers, builders, builder’s merchants, Keylite Sales Managers (KSMs), Group Sales Managers (GSMs) and staff at both Swadlincote and IG reporting faults with Keylite Roof windows.
  • Log customers onto the Access Data base ensuring staff who have taken calls have filled in the service call sheet correctly.
  • Asses if parts can be sent to customer or if a service engineer is required to make a site visit.
  • Confirm with customer a visit date and time.
  • Organise the service engineer’s daily site visits allowing notice.
  • Order parts direct if items to be replaced on site visit.
  • Keep a detailed log of what has been ordered. Liaising with Dispatch to ensure orders leave/ arrive on time.
  • Send the engineers job sheets. Including a route planner.
  • Organise any hire equipment required for site visits through HSS.
  • Chase outstanding customers until date booked.
  • Compile customer feedback for report each quarter.
