Accounts Assistant (12 month contract)

The Keystone Group consists of Keystone Lintels, IG Lintels, Keylite Roof Windows, Smartroof and IG GRP. The role is based in our Group headquarters in Cookstown, Co. Tyrone.

 Job Opportunities:

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who possesses good communication skills and has a sound awareness of the business environment. The successful candidate should have an innate ability to problem solve and analyse financial data. Upon completion of ‘on-the-job training’, the successful candidates will be expected to work on their own initiative within a busy finance office. This is a 12 month contract.

Person Specification:

Essential Criteria:

  • Sound knowledge of financial principles
  • Good knowledge of financial reporting
  • Technical accounting skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel

Desirable criteria:

  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a relevant role.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar industry.

Job description:

  • Responsible for preparing monthly reports including:
    • Bank reconciliations / cash flow summaries
    • Stock reports / attendance at stock takes
    • Working capital reports
    • Production reports
  • Assistance with preparation of audit files
  • Other duties as relevant to finance function
